Returns-Refund Policy


  1. If your product arrives damaged by the shipper, please notify the shipper and Tonic Herbs immediately. We will file a claim with the shipper and get out a replacement promptly.
  2. To return product, please inform us via email. Product cannot be returned without prior consent.
  3. Claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice.
  4. A 10% restocking fee may be applied depending on the reason for the return.
  5. Collect return shipments will not be accepted without prior authorization.
  6. All shipping charges associated with the return is the sole responsibility of the customer (unless Tonic Herbs made an error).
  7. Claims for returned products must be for the original weight and in the original packaging

Shortages

All claims of discrepancies or shortages should be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

We provide high quality herb formulas as described. We cannot guarantee that herbs will work the way you are hoping any more than your pharmacist can guarantee that a pharmaceutical will work for you, or accept returned medications. However should we make an error in your order we will exchange the incorrect formula for the one that you ordered and pay for the returned item shipment to your satifaction.
